Service: Condensor Vessel Repairs

The cat plant cooling condensor was subject to severe erosion and corrosion to the dome end of the vessel. The seperator plates had significant loss to the substrate, we rebuilt the plates with epoxy metal to their original thickness and profile and recoated with erosion protective materials. The works negated the necessity of costly hot work throughout the project.

We have also completed various tank repairs and pipe wraps for exxon mobil.
